Promote the integration and professional growth of immigrant women through conferences and workshops on Canadian cultural awareness and the strengthening of their transferable skills over the next five years.

Support the professional development of migrant women by creating spaces that foster networking and career planning, enabling them to achieve their short- and medium-term professional goals and access leadership positions in the medium and long term.

Develop conferences and workshops for the training of women leaders, increasing their visibility as agents of change and enhancing their positive impact in the communities where they live and work over the next three years.

Provide ongoing training in financial literacy and resource management, enabling women to achieve sustainable economic autonomy over a five-year horizon.
